Protocol ManagerTM reduces costs through improved process and
quality control. Protocol 3
enables communications between a personal computer and up to
32 Despatch ovens equipped with Protocol Plus
user friendly so ware allows oven control, recipe download and
data logging.
With the Protocol Manager
the prompts. e so ware makes it easy to set up an oven network,
program the time and temperature settings, run the oven, monitor
the ovens and log data.
