SAFETY INFORMATION
General Safety
The air conditioner unit must be installed according to the instruction manual
• NEVER use the air conditioner unit near flammable liquids/gases
NEVER use the air conditioner in a confined space where other
heating/cooling appliances are being used unless there is adequate ventilation
Do not place objects on the unit or restrict the air inlet/outlet
Always supervise children and pets when the unit is in use
Always firmly fix the outdoor unit, ensuring the unit is horizontal
Electrical Safety
Always switch the unit off and unplug when not in use
Always use the remote control or emergency switch to turn the unit on/off.
NEVER use the mains power switch to operate the unit
NEVER open the indoor nor outdoor unit
Do not use in overly humid or wet environment
Do not install near ovens/boilers or similar heat producing products
If any leads/cables are damaged, they must be replaced immediately by a
qualified electrician
For Maximum Efficiency
Do not exceed the recommended room size (details in the specification)
Close all doors and windows in the room with the operating air conditioner
unit
Keep curtains and blinds closed if the room is in direct sunlight
Keep filters clean
Once the room has reached the desired conditions, change the
temperature and ventilation settings as required
