top of this unit. Cooking equipment must have a barrier (i.e. bottom, drip pan) between its heat source and the top of the

Specifications
Exter ior top is 18-gauge stainless steel with full perimeter
marin e edge. Corne rs are fully welded wit h sm ooth radii
corne rs for easy cle an out . I nter ior sub- top ma de of 22gauge 2BF stainless steel is made integr al with the top by
injec ting 2.00” of hig h densit y polyurethan e foam between
the exterior a nd inte rior tops.
Refri gerated base interior back and bottom are const ructe d
of a 22-gauge 2BF stai nless st eel. Exter ior sides, bott om
and back are made of 22-gau ge g alvan ized stee l. Both
left and right interior sides are formed of ABS plas tic. The
base is injected wi th 2.00 ” of high dens ity polyuretha ne
foam between the exteri or and interi or. Refrigerated base
fronts a re made of .095” thic k ABS th ermoformed plastic and
backed up by ri dged p olyur ethan e wate r blow n inje ction
molde d fra mes. The frame s are an excellent thermo -brea k
and superior s tructur al m ateri al for fa stening d oors and
drawers. Exteri or machi ne compartment side is con struc ted
of 18-gauge galvanized ste el.
Fin ished stai nless steel ends are stand ard. Louver, coil
panel and drawer fac es are all stand ard with sta inles s steel
const ruction. Uni ts are supp lied wit h w all-m ounte d b racket
and threaded rod t o allow installation of the unit against a
solid s ur face.
Ful l Extension Plus drawer system is a com plete drawer
syste m, which can operate inde pende nt of the unit it ’s
insta lled i n. Drawer syste m is sized to hold 12” x 20” x 4“
deep hotel pa ns and smaller f ractional pans. Drawer syste m
is all s tainl ess s teel const ruction for m aximu m durab ility.
Drawer track rollers are made of Delri n and do not req uire
gre ase for o perat ion. In termediate t racks are removab le
wi thout tools an d house D el fi eld’s “an ti-friction binar y
roller sy stem”. Dra wer boxes are designed wit h “easy pan
grip flanges”. Trac ks are design ed with a sta y shut feature
that holds the drawer gaske t ti ght t o the base front on
uneve n floors. Exte rior d rawer fro nts are made of s tainl ess
steel ; and an inter ior made of ABS pla stic w ith forme d in
chann els t o house the snap-in dart s ty le sa ntoprene gasket .
A galvanized brace is foamed in p lace to b e an in tegral par t
of the draw er fron t asse mbly. Each drawer front is injec ted
with 1.87” of high densit y polyuret hane foa m bet ween the
exter ior and inte rior. Hand les a re reces sed black pla stic and
held in wit h a posit ive lock sys tem.
Unit is supported with two 14-gauge leg rails that run the
entire l ength of th e u nit. Leg rail s a re welded to the bottom
side of the unit and are ti ed together with two 12- gaug e
brace s runnin g fron t to back. Cas ter/l eg boxes are welded
insid e the leg rail and 6” caste rs are mounted s tanda rd.
Refri geratio n sys tem comp onent s are HFC-4 04A. In terio r
cabin et is cool ed with mullion style blower coils (co ated)
mount ed bet ween each doo r/dra wer section for ver y eve n
air and temperature cont rol.
A pre-wi red co ndensin g unit w ith hot gas cond ensate
evapo rator an d d igital t hermo meter are installed in the
machi ne c ompar tmen ts ( stand ard on r ight) louver pa nel
and sup plied w ith an 8’ co rd and plug. I nteri or refr igera ted
base c abine t will maintain 36°F to 40° F at 10 0°F am bient
room temperature.
Electrical connec tions are 115V-60H-1PH.
