Delfield DT-2SS User Manual
Short form specifications
Exterior and Interior liner shall be 29-gauge stainless steel.
Frame shall be welded galvanized steel angles. Unit shall
have (2) push handles constructed from stainless steel tubing. Equipment shall be mounted on (4) 4.00” (10.2cm)
diameter polyolefin swivel casters (all locking), and shall
have non-marking wrap-around bumpers.
NOTE: DT Models do not have covers. DTC models include
removable covers.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO DTC MODELS ONLY:
Removable cover(s) shall be stainless steel, and shall be
self-storing under the dish compartment when not in use.
Models DTC-2 and DTC-3 shall have (1) cover; models DTC4 and DTC-6 shall have (2) covers.
