ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:
Step 1：Check all the contents are available in accordance with the above list.
Step 2：Place each half of the platform assembly (○

) with the open ends facing each other, align holes on connection plate
○

and platform○1, insert three carriage bolts○15, and fasten locknuts○17(fig.1). Note: The bolt should be placed with the
rounded end on the outside of the platform, with the nut on the inside of the platform. This is the only way that the bolts will
tighten properly, the effect as fig.2.

Step 3：Working from the inside of the platform○

, place tie plate○13on the center of paltforms, then secure the tie plate and
platform together by using one 3/8"-16*3-1/4"carriage bolt○16.(fig.3)
Step 4：Insert the Bike arm assembly 1 (○

) into Bracket 1(○4),then assemble as fig.4 showing. Notice: 3/8"-16*3-1/4"
carriage bolt○16must be inside of the slot of Bike arm assembly 1○

Step 5：Based on Step 4, install the bridge supports○

by using 3/8"-16*3/4"carriage bolt○15and 3/8"-16 locknuts○17at two ends
for positioning.(fig.5)
Step 6：Fasten 1/2"-13*2-7/8”hex bolt
on 2”Square Tube Bracket 1○4 by using 1/2"-13 nut

Step 7：Install the 4

bolt and locknut on the platform○1and connection plate as fig.7 showing.
Step 8：Install the 2”Square Tube Bracket 2 (○

), fasten it with 5/8"-11*2-3/4" hex bolt
and locknut
, then insert Pin3

and use split pin○11for security. (fig.8)
Step 9：Fit the Platform Halve○

on vehicle by using Pin 2○8, sercure it with split pin○11. Notice: Platform with red reflector
tapes○12should be installed backward, see fig. 9-10.
Step 10：Install Safety clip○

Step 12：Level and adjust the position; then tighten all hardware at this time.
