2 Step bars (1) 4 Hex head bolts (12mm-1.75*50mm)
(A) 2 Front mounting brackets (2) 6 Lock washers (12mm)
(B) 2 Rear mounting brackets (3) 6 Flat washers (12mm)
(C) 2 T-bolts (4) 2 Hex head nuts (12mm-1.75)
(D) 2 Mounting straps (5) 8 Hex head bolts (10mm-1.5*40mm)
(E) 2 Frame hooks (6) 2 Hex head bolts (10mm-1.5*50mm)
(F) 2 Clamping straps (7) 12 Flat washers (10mm)
(G) 2 Spacers rings (8) 8 Lock washers (10mm)
(9) 8 Hex head nuts (10mm-1.5)
PROCEDURE
1: Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
2: Bolt front bracket #(A) to the floor using T-bolt # (C),hex head nuts (4), lock (2) and flat washers (3)
As shown. (Note: T-bolt goes into the 1 1/4” diameter hole in the support rail of cab floor).
3: Body mount without lower strap-installation.(SeeFig.1)
. Insert frame hook # (E) into slotted hole in frame just under body mount. Fasten front mounting
bracket # (A), spacer ring # (G), and clamping strap # (F) to frame hook # (E) using the hex head bolts
(6), lock (8) and flat washers (7) as shown.
Body mount with lower strap-installation: (See Fig.2)
. Bolt mounting brackets # (A) to the welded strap at the base of the body moun using mounting strap
# (D) and the hex head bolts (5), flat (7), lock washers (8) and hex nuts (9) as shown.
4: Fasten STEP BAR to rear brackets # (B) using the hex head bolt (1),lock (2), and flat washer (3). Then
bolt bracket # (B) to the back of rocker area using hex head bolts (5), lock (8), flat washers (7) and hex
head nut (9).
5: Position STEP BAR.
. Fasten STEP BAR to bracket # (A) using the hex head bolts (1), lock (2) and flat washers (3) as shown.

6: Check fit and alignment.
. Torque the 12mm-1.75 bolts to 53 ft/ibs, and the 10mm-1.5 bolts to 29 ft/ibs. Do not use impact tools.
Note: The black plastic caps on the ends of the nerfbars prevent interior rusting and eliminate scoring on
the face of the brackets. Do not remove!!
