In order to solve LED application problems of our customers, we have developed

and manufactured LED-packages since 1978.

Time and time again we set new standards, pushed back horizons and introduced

innovations which later became market standards or were implemented as tailor-

made solutions by the customers for whom we created them. Today Signal-

Construct processes over a quarter of a million LED's per day and is one of the

most capable and accomplished companies in the industry - far beyond the confi-

nes of Europe.

Our ability to appreciate the user's requirements, our comprehensive knowledge of

the market and of a wide variety of production techniques, form the basis for our pro-

duct development activities. This results in technically sophisticated and a esthetically

pleasing products. In addition, we consciously offer an extensive vertical range of

manufacture, which ensures flexibility and quality even in the preliminary stages of pro-

duction. Just at the connection between active light elements and the optimal,

problem-orientated application, we have developed a large know-how, enabling us to

realise various solutions. You as our customer profit very much from our experiences

made in the new processing and manufacturing technologies developed by us.

Seit 1978 entwickeln und fertigen wir - unter dem Anspruch, technische

Problemlösungen zu realisieren - Produkte rund um die LED.

Immer wieder haben wir Maßstäbe gesetzt, Horizonte erweitert und

Innovationen eingebracht, die später zu Marktstandards wurden oder als

'Maßanzug', speziell für unsere Kunden kreiert, zum Einsatz kamen.

Heute gehört Signal-Construct - bei einer Verarbeitungskapazität von >250.000

LEDs pro Tag - zu den kompetenten und potenten Partnern der Industrie. Weit

über Europa hinaus.

Anwenderorientierte Entwicklung

Das Hineinversetzen in die Aufgabenstellung des Anwenders sowie umfangrei-

che Kenntnisse des Marktes und unterschiedlichster Fertigungsverfahren bilden

die Grundlage unserer Produktentwicklung. Das Ergebnis sind technisch ausge-

reifte und optisch ansprechende Produkte. Dazu kommt eine bewusst hohe

Fertigungstiefe, die Flexibilität und Qualität bereits in den Vorstufen der Produktion

Ultrahelle 3 mm LED, hochreflektierender Kunststoffkörper (Reflektor) mit Farbring in Leuchtfarbe.

Integrierter Vorwiderstand. Zusätzliche SI-Diode als Einweggleichrichtung bei AC-Betrieb. Mittelkontakt serienmäßig als Anoden-Anschluss (+). Bei AC-Betrieb ist die Stromaufnahme und Helligkeit um ca. 50% reduziert.

Integrated resistor, additional SI-diode as one-way rectification for AC-operation. In standard execution, the centre contact is the anode (+) connection. At AC-operation, the current consumption and the brightness are reduced by approx. 50%.

Bei Verwendung dieser Lampen in Verbindung mit elektronischen Trafos ist die mögliche Mindestlast des Trafos zu beachten.

In den Abmessungen entspricht die Lampe üblichen Halogenlampen mit Ø 50 mm / Ø35 mm und ist durch den angebracheten 2-Stift Sockel problemlos austauschbar. Diese Lampen können in solchen Anwendungen eingesetzt werden, in denen Halogenlampen aufgrund der hohen Betriebstemperatur nicht zugelassen sind.
