Use the LP3 Hand Strap Clip Replacement Kit for
replacing the male snaps and the split rings on LP3
printers.

The LP3 Hand Strap Clip Replacement Kit comes with
the following parts:

• Male Snaps (2) (part # 280294-000)

• Split Rings (2) (part # 370213-000)

Replacing the Male Snaps / Split
Rings

It is suggested that the hand strap be removed before
replacing the male snaps or the split rings.

Removing the Hand Strap

1. Remove the hand strap from the LP3 printer by
pressing both of its tabs at the same time, and then
gently pulling the hand strap away from the male
snap.

2. You can now choose to remove either the male
snap, the split ring, or both.

Replacing a Male Snap

1. Make sure the hand strap is removed.

2. Remove the male snap from the split ring by
inserting an item, such as a flathead screwdriver or
a coin, into the split ring.

3. Slide the male snap along the split ring and
continue until the male snap is removed.

4. Slide the new male snap on until it is secure.

5. Reattach the hand strap.

Replacing a Split Ring

1. Make sure the hand strap and male snap are
removed.

2. Remove the split ring by inserting an item, such as
a flathead screwdriver or a coin, into the split ring.

Warranty

The Company warrants that Datamax-O’Neilproducts are free from
defects in manufacturing materials and workmanshi p f or one (1) year
from date of original purchase to Buyer/Distributor (OEMs 90 days
from the date of purchase). Batteries, cables, power supplies, and
other accessories will be warranted for ninety (90) days. Datamax­O’Neil makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of purpose.

If you try to repair, disassemble, or change the product in any way, or
use parts not provided by Datamax-O’Neil without prior, written
authorization, all warranties are void. For complete warranty and
service information, see the Warranty Card included in your printer's
original packaging.

3. Slide the split ring through the fixed mounting loop
on the LP3 printer, and continue until the split ring
is removed.

4. Slide the new split ring onto the fixed mounting loop
until it is secure.

5. Reattach the male snap and the hand strap.

arising out of negligence in use and care of the product.
