The C3000 and C6000 card delivery systems
provided by Datacard Group affix cards to
carriers, then insert completed carriers and
other forms into envelopes. Maximum
throughput can reach 6,000 cards per hour.

The C3000 and C6000 card delivery systems provided by
Datacard Group bring power and efficiency to high-volume card
delivery programs in a variety of vertical markets. These two
stand-alone systems affix thousands of cards per hour in mail­ready packages with great precision and reliability. Intuitive,
software-driven controls make every step in the card delivery
process—including card affixing, envelope insertion and fixed
metering—secure, fast and flexible.

The right system for your card program

Datacard gives you two great choices for high-speed stand-alone
card delivery. The C6000 system easily keeps pace with
productivity demands in the highest-volume card programs,
operating at speeds up to 6,000 cards per hour with the ability to
affix up to four cards per form. The C3000 system affixes up to
six cards per form at a rate of up to 3,000 cards per hour. Both
the C3000 and C6000 systems can accommodate inline form
printing capabilities. Optional feeders for pre-personalized
card carriers can be configured to further expand your
system’s flexibility.

C6000 system with optional input device

Flexible options to meet your needs

With the ability to integrate inline form printing, you can
create highly personalized documents to capture and retain
your customers. With the option of adding different paper inputs,
such as cut sheet, single-sheet continuous feed and “two-up”
continuous feed, you can configure a combination for maximum
paper-feeding flexibility. Both systems also allow you to place
cards virtually anywhere on a form.

Multiple insertion capabilities

The C3000 and C6000 systems have up to 12 selective insert
stations, allowing you to incorporate a variety of inserts.
Additional personalized insert channels can be added so that
items like MICR checks, terms-and-conditions statements
and promotional booklets can be added to create a highly
personalized mailing packet. Set-up for both systems can be
accomplished in a matter of minutes. Each system is designed
so that you can incorporate additional modules as the volume
and complexity of your card delivery needs change.

Security feature allows for card
and carrier tracking

Special electronic sensors, which are standard features on both
systems, track every card and card carrier from the beginning
of the process through envelope insertion. A variety of card and
form readers are configured in each system to ensure card and

form integrity. For maximum program accountability, the systems
can be programmed to maintain audit trails for rejected cards,
rejected forms, rejected packages and mail-ready packages.
