2500CW
The 2500CW utilizes a caddy to transport the oil from
the fryer to the tank. The tank has a carbon steel double-
walled shell (secondary containment) that measures
42” in diameter, an overall height of 88” and a storage
capacity of 2500 lbs / 325 gallons. It is equipped with
an energy-saving heater system, dual-level sensor,
power loss alarm and much more.
The standard caddy will hold up to 65 lbs / 9 gallons of
used cooking oil. The stainless steel body measures
12” W x 34” L x 9” H. It is equipped with a powerful
1/3 HP motor and a durable
pump with hardened gears.
The specially designed quick-
connectors provide for the
safe and easy transfer of used
cooking oil from the fryer into
the storage tank. Other caddy
sizes are available upon request.
