Model 2500CW Caddy Transport System

The 2500CW utilizes a caddy to transport the oil from
the fryer to the tank. The tank has a carbon steel double­walled shell (secondary containment) that measures
42” in diameter, an overall height of 88” and a storage
capacity of 2500 lbs / 325 gallons. It is equipped with
an energy-saving heater system, dual-level sensor,
power loss alarm and much more.

Grease Caddy Features

The standard caddy will hold up to 65 lbs / 9 gallons of
used cooking oil. The stainless steel body measures
12” W x 34” L x 9” H. It is equipped with a powerful
1/3 HP motor and a durable
pump with hardened gears.

The specially designed quick­connectors provide for the
safe and easy transfer of used
cooking oil from the fryer into
the storage tank. Other caddy
sizes are available upon request.

Model 2500CW is available in Black only. Interior installation.

All systems require a 120 volt / 20 amp dedicated circuit
