Used Cooking Oil Collection System

Model 2500C – Caddy Transport System

The 2500C utilizes a caddy to transport the used cooking oil from the fryer to the
tank. The tank has an aluminum outer shell measuring 42” in diameter, an overall
height of 91” and a storage capacity of 2500 lbs / 325 gallons. It is equipped with
an energy-saving heater system, dual-level sensor, power loss alarm and much more.

Grease Caddy Features

The standard caddy can hold up to 65 lbs / 9 gallons of used cooking oil. The
stainless steel body measures 12” W x 34” L x 9” H. It is equipped with
a powerful 1/3 HP motor and a durable pump with hardened gears. The specially
designed quick-connectors provide for the safe and easy transfer of used cooking oil
from the fryer into the storage tank. Other caddy sizes are available upon request.

Model 2500D – Direct Vacuum Transfer System

The 2500D utilizes a vacuum system to transfer the used cooking oil directly from
the fryer to the tank. The vacuum system has an aluminum outer shell that
measures 42” in diameter. The overall height of the tank is 91” and

has a 2500 lb / 325 gallon storage capacity. It is equipped
with an energy-saving heater system, dual-level sensor,
power loss alarm and many other features. Grill grease
disposal is easily managed with the optional grill grease
warmer system.

For use with liquid or solid shortening

Model 2500H – Direct Fryer Pump Transfer System

The 2500H uses your fryer’s filter pump system to transfer the used cooking oil
directly from the fryer to the tank. A free-flowing electronic ball valve is used to
interrupt the oil transfer when the tank is full. The system has an aluminum outer
shell measuring 42” in diameter, an overall height of 91” and a storage capacity of
2500 lbs /325 gallons. It is equipped with an energy-saving heater system, dual­level sensor, power loss alarm and many other features.
