VACON® X5 HazLo®
Your new solution in a class of its own
The uniquely designed VACON® X5 HazLo® AC Drive is a compact, cost effective, patent designed unit built specifically for your challenging application.
Certified for Division 2 hazardous locations, this robust drive is suitable for petroleum refineries, gasoline storage and dispensing areas, as well as utility gas plants.
In a class of its own, the VACON® X5 HazLo drive has two cover options; a safety yellow colored metal cover to protect against bumps and misuse, or a full stainless steel enclosure.
Because there is no need for an additional box to place the drive into, cooling concerns are

VACON® X5 HazLo® AC Drives are ideal for a variety of applications such as:
Petroleum refineries, and gasoline storage and dispensing areas.
Dry cleaning plants where vapors from cleaning fluids can be present.
Spray finishing areas.
Aircraft hangars and fuel servicing areas.
Utility gas plants and operations involving storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas.
Water and wastewater facilities.
