PLUS+1 GUIDE Service Tool
PVED-CC
The PVE Service Tool S4 DJ Setup.exe and its including
programs are Danfoss property and is only put to
public disposal for servicing the Danfoss PVED-CC
series 4 Electro-hydraulic actuator.
Do not use this tool unless you are familiar with
hydraulic engineering and have understood the
Danfoss Electro-hydraulic Actuator – PVED-CC Series 4
Technical Information, 520L0665.
The PVE Service Tool S4 DJ Setup.exe is a self
extracting program for computers using Microsoft
Windows XP or Microsoft Windows 7.
The PVE Service Tool S4 DJ Setup.exe includes a free
license for use. Acceptance of license conditions is a
condition for using the program.
The service tool is designed for use with the Danfoss
PVED-CC series 4 Electro Hydraulic actuator
connected to a PC with the CG 150 CAN USB interface
for PLUS+1® .

When activating the PVE Service Tool S4
DJ Setup.exe PVE Service Tool S4 DJ
Setup Wizard starts. Read the
instructions and press next when
instructions are read and understood.
Choose default settings.

During the process the PLUS+1® Guide
Service Tool Setup Wizard is started.
This program is a precondition for using
the PVE Service Tool S4 DJ.

Read the instructions and press next
when instructions are read and
understood. Choose default settings. To
install this program acceptance of the
Software License and Service
Agreement is needed. Do only accept if
you agree.
Using the PVE Service Tool S4 DJ
•
Before use of the program read and
follow the instructions in the PVED-CC
Series 4 Technical Information,
520L0665.
•
Start the program from the programs
menu or use the optional shortcut to
start the program.
•
The program will only work as intended
if the computer is connected to PVEDCC S4 via the CG150 and the PVED-CC
are powered.
