Module with Shock Valve

PVBZ

The PVG 32 valve was originally launched on the market in 1988 with a range of high performance electrical actuators.

In the late nineties, the program was extended to also include new features such as low leak ports, special inlet sections and special electrohydraulic actuator options.

The special PVBZ load compensated module was developed for applications, where integrated pilot operated check valves in the work ports are required to limit the port leakage.

The newest of the PVBZ have integrated shock valve for removing any transient pressure spikes generated by the load.

The new PVBZ basic module can be mixed with basic modules PVB (with additional tank line T0) and offers the following features.

Features

Integrated shock/anti-cavitation valve (A- and B- port)

Pilot operated check (POC) valves in A/B ports

Load independent module (build in compensator)

Separated pilot pressure tank line (T0)

Can be combined with standard PVB modules (with T0)
