Spool
PVBS 32
Regenerative spool: 11113440
To meet the Tier 4 regulations, continuous need of HP savings, and to meet the demand on high efficiency and high flow demands, a regenerative PVBS spool has been developed.
The spool is regenerative in A-direction, meaning the oil returning in the B-port will be led to A-port to increase portflow and to save pump flow.
Features
P-B 65 l/min
P-A Regen, max flow is depending on system setup
Prepared for PVB modules with LS A/B shuttle valve
No float position
Deadband ±1.5 mm
Can only be used in different cylinder applications
Other features available on a request
Cut-away of PVB 32 module with PVBS regenerative spool, shown in regenerative position, oil returning in B port will be lead to A port, to increase port flow, and to save pumpflow.

Things to consider when using a regnerative spool in a hydraulic system:
Can only be used in cylinder-applications
Regenerative port must be connected to the head-side of the cylinder
Cylinder ratio will determine how much flow will be led from B to A port
Same pressure on both head and rod side of cylinder; the rod area is most effective
System pressure may raise to max pressure in regenerative direction due to he small effective cylinderarea.
Technical data
Spool travel A-direction 5 mm [0.197 in]
B-direction 7 mm [0.275 in]
Float position spool No Float Position Dead band Standard ± 1.5 mm [±0.059 in]
