Series 45 servo control orifice
Orificed spool replacement procedure
Series 45 Electric Proportional Control kits for frames K and L come from the factory with a
0.8mm orificed PC spool installed. A 1.0mm orificed PC spool is also included in this kit in
the event it is required. If the orificed PC spool requires replacement, please refer to the
instructions below.
ORIFICED PC SPOOL
REPLACEMENT
1. Remove plug.
2. Remove PC spool from control
housing. Note orientation of spool
for reassembly.
3. Install orificed PC spool spherical end
first, into the PC bore of the control
housing.
4. Install the plug. Torque the plug to
10.8 - 13.5 N•m [8 - 10 lbf•ft].
