FFKM and FKM replacement O-ring kits for REG-SA/SB, DN 10 to 40

• Do not rem ove the bonnet whil e the valve is still un der pressure.

• Remove the s tandard CR O-r ing from the valve w ith a “soft” too l
preventi ng scratching of the v alve O-ring gr oove (fig. 1).

• Lubrica te the O-ring wit h oil (same type as t he compressor oil ), then mount the new
FFKM or FKM O -ring + tag (fig. 2) fo r the correct FFKM o r FKM O-ring t ype.

FFKM O-ring (WHITE tag):

Applica ble for R717 (NH₃) heat pump a pplications in th e temperature ran ge of +100°C and +150°C.

FKM O-r ing (BLUE tag):

Applica ble for R1270 (Propylene) appl ications in the cont inous temperatu re range of -60 °C and
+150 °C .
