Application
The EvoFlatTM WSS water heater is a compact and simple to operate water heater. Developped for DHW heating in systems, which are supplied from a secondary connected district heating system, a block heating sys­tem, a centrally located boiler system (oil, gas or biomass, as well as for CHP systems. A flow temperature of min. 55 °C is required. The heating side is not supported with this system. The EvoFlat

water heater is available as built-in variant with a recess box or as mount-on-wall variant with cover.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
The domestic hot water is prepared in the heat exchanger based on the flow principle and the temperature is regulated by the self-acting control­ler with integrated differential pres­sure controller - the TPC-M. Supreme ease of operation is obtained via the combined hydraulic and thermostatic regulation of the TPC-M controller. The
flow-controlled part allows primary and secondary side flow through the heat exchanger, only when hot water is tapped. The thermostatic part controls the domestic hot water temperature. The TPC - M controller with integrated differential pres­sure controller also compensates for flunctuating flow temperatures and differential pressures and thereby en­sures a constant domestic hot water temperature at all times. WSS water heater is equipped with a fitting piece for mounting of a cold water meter in the DCW inlet. The EvoFlatTM WSS water heater is also prefabricated with a strainer, a sensor pocket as well as a fitting piece for mounting of a heat meter.
Domestic hot water recirculation
In order to ensure the best possible DHW comfort and to have DHW available immediately, this station includes hot water circulation. This includes i.a. a circulation pump and a safety valve.
Construction
All pipes are made of stainless steel. The connections are made by a new­ly designed click connection. Compared to conventional stations with screw connections, this new connection technology does not re­quire retightening during assembly.
Insulation
The EvoFlatTM WSS water heater is built up on an EPP insulated back plate as well as a front insulation cabinet, enabling the customer to have a fully insulated substation, thus ensuring reduced heat losses and excellent operating economy.
