Vacuum depanner
Machine for automatic emptying of
baking tin sets. The machine has double
vacuum pumps with cyclone-separation
of crumbs and is extremely gentle with
the bread and tin set. By simply changing
the suction plate, the machine can be
used for different tin sets.

Machine for automatic loading of
tin/tray sets on to prover conveyor or
tunnel oven. It consists of a conveyor
and a sensor-controlled transfer beam.
Retracting charger
This retracting charger is used as a
setting device of doughpieces on
prover conveyors, peelboards, baking
trays and similar. The machine is
driven by a servo motor for a smooth
start and stop and exact positioning.
PLC control is standard with the
ability to store programs for different
types of products.
Tin/tray unloading machine
The machine quickly unloads one row from the
oven and as next step transfer the tin/tray set to a
conveyor for further transport to the depanner.
V-belt charging system
Setting device for positioning the dough
pieces into a swing prover. The machine
consists of an infeed conveyor and two
step by step working V-shaped infeed
belts for a precise positioning into the
swing of the prover.
Intermediate charger
It’s used for setting of one dough
piece at a time at high speed.
