C-series Rack Ovens

C-series – greater capacity on a small surface area

The C-series rack ovens are compact and designed to fit into small spaces. The oven design provides for effective, even baking and is flexible and easy to operate. The C-series ovens are available in four different sizes and

all of them can run on electricity, oil or gas.

The oven is suitable for baking a wide range of products – baguettes, pastry or heavier bread types. Thanks to the well-balanced coordination of the large-volume air flow, the high performance heat exchanger and the controllable steam system you always achieve an effective baking cycle.

The oven is supplied as standard with the easy to use Sveba-Dahlens E-panel for both manually controlled and pre-programmed baking. The panel has clear symbols and digits

which indicate the relevant stage of the baking process.
