DELIVERY: Standard Pantone Colors will be delivered within approximately six weeks from receipt of order. Custom Colors will be delivered within approximately six weeks of receipt of color sample authorization approval letter.

Terms and Conditions: A one-time, non-refundable $350.00 charge applies to all custom color matching. Dacor will use best efforts to match a custom color. Customer acknowledges that computer renderings of colors as shown on the Dacor web site may not be a perfect match of final color. Once color has been selected and approved, lead time for products is

approximately six (6) weeks. Standard warranty applies, however, customer acknowledges that once an order is placed for a colored appliance, said order cannot be cancelled and

product cannot be returned. By participating in the DacorMatch™ process, Customer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, including claims, actions, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, of whatsoever kind or nature in connection with this program shall be resolved between the customer and DACOR , without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Customer be permitted to obtain any award beyond the return of the purchase price. Additionally, customer hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and Customer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Customer and Dacor in connection with this process, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws or rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place in that State of California and in the City of Los Angeles and/or the County of Los Angeles.
