Pre-Construction Wall Mount Kit
for TPS-6X-DSW: PMK-6X-DSW
Description
The PMK-6X-DSW is a pre-construction mount kit for the TPS-6X-DSW Wall
Mount Docking Station. The PMK-6X-DSW is used for installation on a stud. For
custom placement of the TPS-6X-DSW without a stud, use the WMKT-6X-DSW or
WMKM-6X-DSW.
The PMK-6X-DSW includes a 12-inch long, 18 AWG jumper wire to secure
docking station cabling prior to drywall installation and to avoid damaging the cables
when the opening is routed. Refer to the physical views of the PMK-6X-DSW shown
on the following pages. The table that follows lists all parts included with the
PMK-6X-DSW.
NOTE: If mounting into a material other than drywall (for example, wood lectern,
concrete or rock) use the cutout template, available in the post-construction kit
WMKM-6X-DSW or WMKT-6X-DSW. For concrete and rock mounting material,
allow for proper ventilation before mounting the TPS-6X-DSW.
NOTE: This mounting kit is to be used only with the TPS-6X-DSW Wall Mount
Docking Station.
