FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

• Extreme undercounter hot cabinet, only 27” tall,
is perfect for children’s serving lines, special
installations and as an alternate to drawer
warmers.

• Fully insulated cabinet keeps prepared foods at
serving temperatures.

• Powerful, yet efcient, 900 Watt heating system
maintains the right temperature to properly hold
products. Heats up to 200°F (93°C).

aluminum for strength. One piece extended

Standard with right hand hinging; left hand
hinging available upon request.

• Magnetic latch for “easy open”; twist-lock
catch secures door. Latch and hinges mounted
inboard.

• One piece welded rack insert easily removed
for cleaning. Hold (10) 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” pans.

• Heavy duty 2-1/2” swivel casters, two with
brakes. Provides mobility when fully loaded.

• Reinforcement: Internal framework of channels, 1 x 3/4 x .125.

• Insulation: Fiberglass, thermal conductivity (K factor) is .23 at
75˚F. 1-1/2” in walls; 1” in door, top and bottom.

BASE:

• One piece construction, .190 aluminum.

• Casters: 2-1/2" dia., swivel, polyolen tires, 1-1/8 wide, load cap.
200 lbs. each, temp. range -20°F/180°F. Plain bearings. Front
casters equipped with brakes.

DOOR:

• Field reversible.

• Formed .063 aluminum.

• Latch: Chrome plated zinc with composite handle, magnetic
type; mounted inboard.

• Hinges: Heavy duty chrome plated zinc; mounted inboard.

• Gasket: Perimeter type, silicone.
