Before you begin
Make sure that your player's firmware is at least version 1.20 (NOMAD Jukebox 3) before using
the FM Wired Remote.
Turning the player on or off
1. Press and hold to turn the player on.
2. Press and hold to turn the player off.
Changing modes
Press repeatedly to choose the following modes:
Music -> Recording -> Radio
Recording in Voice Recording / FM mode
1. Press and hold to start recording.
The LCD shows the elapsed time.
2. Press to stop recording.
3. In Voice Recording mode, press to hear the previously recorded track.
If you are in FM mode, or have recorded more than one track, first select Player mode. Using
the player's controls, select Recordings in the player's LCD, then choose the required track
based on the time of recording.
Presetting radio stations automatically in FM mode
This function is only available from the player's controls.

All previously saved
preset radio stations
will be erased.
1. Press the scroller .
2. On your player, scroll select Autoscan.
3. Select to start auto scanning.
You will hear the first preset radio station when auto scanning is complete.
Presetting radio stations manually in FM mode
1. Press FM preset + ( ) or - FM preset ( ) to choose a channel for saving a radio
station in.
2. Press and hold to scan up or to scan down for radio stations.
Scanning stops when a station is detected. Press or to fine tune at 0.1 MHz steps.
3. Press to save the radio station to a preset channel.
Searching forwards / backwards for a preset channel in FM mode
1. Press FM preset + ( ) to go to the next preset channel.

Press to turn EAX on or off.
