Thank you for purchasing the Puzzle Desk. This page
lists all the contents included in the box. Please take
time to identify the hardware as well as the individual
components of this product. As you unpack and
prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted
or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 Insert 6 cams into top panel, 4 cams into shelf and
4 cams into back panel as shown. Make sure arrows
on each cam points toward nearest edge with holes.

2 Insert 3 cams, 14 wood dowels and 7 cam screws
into left and right side panels as shown. Secure, but do
not over tighten, each cam screw using a phillips head
screwdriver.

3 Insert 12 wood dowels and 6 cam screws into
bottom panel as shown.
top panel

4 Fit dowels of left side panel into corresponding
holes of top panel as shown. Using a screwdriver, turn
each cam clockwise until it securely engages each cam
screw.

9 A. Attach magnetic catch with 2 catch screws into
assembled unit as shown. Secure, but do not over
tighten, screws with a screwdriver.
B. Fit dowel of door front into corresponding hole of
assembled unit as shown.

10 Fit dowels of bottom panel into corresponding
holes of assembled unit. Secure all cams. With the
assistance of another adult, position unit upright.

11 Insert 12 wood dowels, 6 cam screws and 3 cams
into desk right side panel and desktop.

14 Fit dowels of desk shelf into corresponding holes of
support panel. Secure with 2 bolts using an allen
wrench. Do not over tighten the bolts.

desk left side panel into corresponding holes of
assembled unit as shown. Secure all cams.

16 Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding
holes of crossbar as shown. Secure 2 cams on
crossbar.

17 Fit dowels of desktop left side panel into corrseponding holes of assembled unit as shown. Secure cams.
18 With the assistance of another adult, fit dowels of
desktop into corrseponding holes of assembled unit as
shown. Secure cams. Carefully position unit upright. At
this point, cover all exposed cams with cam covers.
CLEANING & CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture
wax or polish as the unit is finished with a protective
clear lacquer.
19 With the assistance of another adult, place desk
assembly onto file assembly as shown. Make sure desk is
securely supported by file.
Assembly is now complete.
