1 A) Place metal frame face down onto a clean, padded

slide mirror into corresponding grooves of frame as shown.
B) Slide back panel into corresponding grooves on top of
mirror as shown.

NOTE: Do not over
tighten bolts.

2 Attach 12 metal tabs to back of assembled unit with 12
small bolts as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten,
bolts with a phillips head screwdriver.

3 Attach 2 legs to assembled mirror with 2 knobs, 2 plastic
washers, and 2 large bolts as shown. Turn knobs clockwise
to secure. Using an allen wrench, secure both large bolts.
Assembly is now complete.

CLEANING AND CARE

Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Use glass cleaner on mirror as necessary.
