As you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

1 A) Insert 4 cams into bottom panel as shown. Make sure arrows on each cam point toward nearest edge with holes. B) Insert 4 cams into top panel as shown. C) Insert 10 cam screws and 12 wood dowels into left and right side panels a shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, cam screws using a phillips head screwdriver.

2 A) Insert 4 cams into fixed shelf as shown. B) Insert 4 cams into bottom drawer shelf as shown.
3 Place right side panel onto a clean, padded surface. Fit dowels of right side panel into corresponding holes of bottom panel, fixed shelf,
bottom drawer shelf, top drawer shelf, fixed shelf and top panel as shown. Make sure cams of
all shelves and panels face toward bottom as shown. Using a phillips head screwdriver, turn cams clockwise until each cam securely engages each cam screw.

4 Fit dowels of left side panel into correspondĀ­ing holes of bottom panel, fixed shelf, bottom
drawer shelf, top drawer shelf, fixed shelf and top panel as shown. Secure all cams.
NOTE: Do not over tighten the bolts

5 A) Attach back panel to assembled unit with 22 small screws as shown, using a phillips head screwdriver. Do not over tighten the screws.
B) Fit pre-assembled dowels of 4 feet into corresponding holes of bottom panel as shown. Secure each foot with 1 flat washer, 1 spring washer and 1 bolt, using an allen wrench. Do not
over tighten the bolts.

Refer to Hinge Adjustment diagram for adjusting the alignment of the door hinges.

6 Attach 2 hinges to door with 2 large screws per hinge as shown, using a phillips head screwdriver.

7 With the assistance of another adult, position unit upright. Attach hinges of door to left side panel as shown. Secure each hinge with 2 large screws, using a screwdriver.
8 A) Insert 8 shelf pins at desired shelf heights. Turn each shelf pin clockwise to secure. B) Place top and bottom adjustable shelves into assembly as shown. Make sure that each shelf is securely supported by each shelf pin. C) Fit drawer assembly into assembled unit as shown. D) Insert 1 shelf pin into underside of top drawer shelf a shown. Assembly is now complete.

CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.

HINGE ADJUSTMENT
If the doors do not appear square or aligned, loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.

Side to side adjustment:
Loosen screw A, adjust gap with screw B and re-tighten screw A
Depth adjustment:
Loosen screw A, push hinge arm forwards or backwards, re-tighten screw A and secure screw B with a 1/4 turn clockwise
SAFETY MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:
For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type (i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs whenever possible.

A) Attach 1 wall bracket to back of unit using 1 small screw as shown. B) Determine the final location of unit. Mark position on the wall, approximately 2" below each wall bracket mounted to the back of the unit. C) Drill a hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not available, drill a hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in diameter than the anchor. Gently tap the plastic anchor until the flange of the anchor is flush with the wall. D) Attach 1 wall bracket to the wall by inserting 1 large screw through the bracket and each plastic anchor in the wall. E) Place the unit so the wall bracket on the back edge are aligned with the wall bracket on the wall. F) Lace one end of the wall straps through each bracket, and into the other end of the strap. G) Pull the strap tightly until secure. Wall mounting assembly is now complete.
