1 Fit dowels of top panel, fixed shelf, and bottom panel
into corresponding holes of right side panel as shown.
Secure with 5 small bolts, 5 spring washers, and 5 flat
washers. Fasten bolts with a phillips head screwdriver.

2 Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding holes of
left side panel as shown. Secure with 5 small bolts, 5
spring washers, and 5 flat washers. Fasten bolts with
screwdriver.

3 Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding holes
of front frame. Secure front frame with 12 small bolts, 12
spring washer, and 12 flat washers.

4 Fit dowels of legs into corresponding holes of
assembled unit as shown. Secure each leg with 1 large
bolt, 1 spring washer, and 1 flat washer as shown.
PASSAGES
5 Attach back panel to assembled unit as shown with 22
small screws. Secure screws with a screwdriver.

6 A) Insert 12 shelf pins at desired shelf heights as shown.
B) Place 3 adjustable shelves into assembled unit as
shown. Make sure each shelf is securely supported by shelf
pins.
Assembly is now complete.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the
wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.

7 Safety Mounting Instructions
For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the
wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it
is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type
(i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs
whenever possible.
A) Attach wall bracket to top of bookcase using 2 medium
screws as shown.
B) Determine the final location of bookcase. Mark position
on the wall, approximately 2" below the wall bracket
mounted to the back of the cabinet.
C) Drill a hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not
available, drill a hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in
diameter than the anchor. Gently tap the plastic anchor
until the flange of the anchor is flush with the wall.
D) Attach wall bracket to the wall by inserting 2 large
screws, and into the plastic anchor in the wall.
E) Place the unit so the wall brackets on the back edge are
aligned with the wall brackets on the wall.
F) Lace one end of the wall strap through both brackets,
and into the other end of the strap.
G) Pull the strap tightly until secure.
H) Repeat steps A-G for remaining wall brackets and wall
straps.
NOTE:
If you are unsure about your wall type or what
mounting method you should use, consult a
qualified professional or your local hardware
store.
