Tool Storage
Note: To determine the correct warranty
coverage time period for your tool storage
item, you will need to know the product
series (Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, Premium
Heavy Duty, 3000, 5000, 7000 or 9000). First
find the item number on the identification
tag in the chest or cabinet top drawer. Then
find the product series in the Craftsman
Industrial Catalog on the same page that lists
the item number.
CRAFTSMAN LIMITED WARRANTY
During the warranty time period specified below, this
product is warranted against defects in material or
workmanship. With proof of purchase, a defective part will
be replaced free of charge. If a replacement part is
unavailable, the product will be replaced with one of equal
value. This warranty does not apply to a product that is
damaged or altered through transportation, misuse,
abuse, corrosion, accident, neglect modification or
mishandling, nor does coverage apply if the product is ever
attached to a moving vehicle.
For each product series, the time periods of warranty

CRAFTSMAN LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR 90 DAYS from the date of purchase, this product is
warranted against defects in material or workmanship.
With proof of purchase, a defective product will receive
free repair or replacement if repair is unavailable. Free
recalibration if required will also be supplied with proof of
purchase during the warranty period.

and any supplied battery pack or charger are warranted
against defects in material or workmanship. With proof of
purchase, a defective product will receive free repair or
replacement if repair is unavailable.

7.
No Warranty:
Warranty coverage is not offered on consumable items, including but not limited to the following: bits,
bulbs, replacement blades, alkaline batteries, filters, sandpaper, taps, dies, screw extractors, bolt-outs,
safety glasses, gloves or other cloth products, plastic hand boxes and portable metal chests, garage floor
and wall cabinets.

This warranty does not cover expendable parts (if supplied) that can wear out from normal use within the
warranty period, including but not limited to bits, taps, dies, bulbs, replacement blades, alkaline batteries,
filters, belts, sandpaper, pads, bonnets, abrasion discs, grinding wheels, contact tips, nozzles, inflation
needles, trimmer line and spark plugs.

the product type. However, Limited Warranty durations may vary from those stated below. Check product package or

warranted against defects in material or workmanship.
WITH PROOF OF SALE, a defective product will receive free
repair or replacement at option of seller. If this product
needs re-calibration within ninety (90) days from the date
of purchase, it will be re-calibrated free of charge. After 90
days you must pay for re-calibration.
This ONE YEAR warranty is void if this product is ever used
while providing commercial services or if rented to another

with proof of sale to the retailer from which it was

FOR NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of sale, this product
is warranted against defects in material or workmanship.
WITH PROOF OF SALE, a defective product will receive free
repair or replacement at option of seller. If this product
needs re-calibration within ninety (90) days from the date
of purchase, it will be re-calibrated free of charge. After 90
days you must pay for re-calibration.
