Stainless Steel Chests and Cabinets

SAFETY WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
• DO NOT stand on this product. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• Stacked products should be bolted together. The products could become unstable and tip, which
may cause personal injury or product damage.
• BE CAREFUL when opening more than one drawer. The product may become unstable and tip,
which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This may cause
personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT step in the drawers. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
• BE CAREFUL when closing the cover. Remove hands before the cover closes completely to
prevent personal injury.
• Appropriately secure this product before moving it with a forklift.
• Lock the drawers before moving this product. The drawers could come open and make the
product unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external Iockbars or attach
electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal injury.
• When moving this product, do not pull it. Push the product to prevent personal injury.
• USE THE BRAKES when not moving this product. This will prevent the product from rolling,
which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• DO NOT tow with power equipment. The product could tip, which may cause personal injury or
product damage.
• Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may become unstable and tip if stored or
moved on an un-level surface, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
• The maximum weight for each drawer should be no more than (75) pounds.
• The maximum product weight, including contents, should be no more than (1200) pounds for
roll-aways.

CASTERINSTALLATION
• Laythecabinetonitsback.(Use
packagingmaterialtoprevent
scratchesordamagetotheunit.)
• Mountbothswivelcastersonthe
samesideoftheproductusing(4)M8
HexScrewscrewsineachcaster.
• Wrenchtighten.
• Mountrigidcasterstotheopposite
endofthecabinetinthesame
manner.
• Returnthecabinettoitsupright
position.
HANDLEINSTALLATION
• Installhandleonsameendofunitas
swivelcastersusing (6) M6 hex
screws.
Mounting chest on cabinet
• Place the chest on top of the cabinet.
(Use adequate personnel for this
operation.)
• Attach using (2) mounting brackets
and (8) M4 pan head screws.

LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE
UNIT
Locking the unit
• Make sure all drawers and doors are
completely closed.
• Turn the lock fully to the left to lock
the unit.
Unlocking the unit
• Turn the lock fully to the right to
unlock the unit.
REMOVING AND INSTALLING
DRAWERS:
• Empty the drawer.
• Fully extend the drawer.
Release _/
Lever Style - Lift or
lower (depending on the
slide) the release lever
on both sides, (this
allows the slides to ride
over the stops.) Pull out
to remove.
Tab Style - Depress the
release tabs on both
sides, (this allows the
slides to ride over the
stops.) Pull out to
remove.
• To reinstall, carefully align the slides
and push the drawer into the unit until
the drawer stops.
• Dust may be removed with a damp
cloth.
• Lubricate the slides with grease or
equivalent, (twice yearly.)
• Lubricate lock with graphite, (yearly).
• For casters, use high quality bearing
grease, (yearly).
• Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer
trim, and other surfaces should be
cleaned with a mild detergent and
water.
• Grease and oil can be removed with
most standard cleaning fluids. For
safety, use a nonflammable cleaning
fluid.
• If drawer liners are supplied, it is
recommended they are used to
protect the finish inside the drawers
and to make the drawers easier to
clean. The drawer liners may be
cleaned with soap and water.
This unit has SS Protect-itO coating. Do
not use stainless steel polish on this
unit.
Auto wax will preserve the unit's luster
finish. Apply the wax as to a car. The
wax will also help protect the unit
against scratches.
