10.UpgradingFirmware
Firmwareisaprogramembeddedinthehardware.Byupgradingthefirmware,featuresoftheproductcanbeenhanced andbugseliminated
Performanceandmenusmaychangewhenthefirmwareisupgradedwithoutnotice.Somebetafirmwareversionsmay havebugsthatwillbefixedinthenextversion.

2.Visitthedownloadsectionofourhomepage(www.iAUDIO.com)anddownloadthelatestfirmwarefile.
3.Extractthedownloadedfileandcopyittothetoplevelfolder(Rootfolder)oftheU3.
4.Afterproperlydisconnectingthecomputerandplayer,checktoseeiftheplayeristurnedoff.
5.Pressthe“PLAY”buttontoturnonthepowerandthenthefirmwarewillbeupgradedautomatically.
6.Afterfirmwareupgradeiscomplete,restarttheplayer
CurrentfirmwareversioncanbeverifiedatMenu-Settings-Information.
Whenupgradingfirmware,alwaysbackupdatastoredinthememorybeforeupgradetopreventanyunexpecteddataloss.
