Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save

Safety

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without

supervision.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
itsservice agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Always wear eye protection. Wear apair of safety glasses or goggles. Never
point theair stream towards any part of your body or towards another person.

• Guard against electric shock. Do not use theair compressor in damp or wet
locations or in thevicinity of water.

• Unplug theair compressor when it is not in use. Turn off and unplug theair
compressor from thewall socket before carrying out any maintenance.

• Avoid unintentional starting. Do not move theair compressor when it is
connected to thepower supply.

• Store theair compressor in asafe place. When theair compressor is not in use,
it should be kept in adry place, away from children.

• Keep thework area clean. Cluttered surfaces and benches invite accidents.

• Keep theair compressor out of children’s reach. Keep children and visitors at
asafe distance from electrical machinery/tools and electric cables in theworkplace.

• Do not abuse themains lead. Do not carry theair compressor by its mains lead.
Do not yank themains lead to unplug theair compressor, hold theplug when
pulling it out of thesocket. Make sure that themains lead does not come into
contact with heat, oil, or sharp edges.

• Use thecorrect size and type of extension lead. If you use extension leads
outdoors, only use those designed for outdoor use. Only use extension leads with
thick enough diameter core wires and roll out thewhole lead.

• Use common sense and be careful. Think before carrying out any task, so that
it is carried out safely. Never operate theair compressor when you are tired, under
theinfluence of medicine etc.

• Use theair compressor for thepurpose it was designed for. Follow all

theinstructions in this instruction manual. Do not allow children or people
unfamiliar with theair compressor to operate it.

• Regularly check that all screws are adequately tightened.

• Make sure that themains supply voltage is compatible with therated voltage
of theair compressor. Themotor can overheat if thesupply voltage is too high.

• Do not use theair compressor if it is damaged. If theair compressor emits
unusual noises or heavy vibrations or shows any other signs of damage it should
be switched off immediately. Contact customer services to find out what thecause
of theproblem is.

• Use only recommended replacement parts. Theuse of non-recommended
spares could damage theair compressor.

• Theair compressor must not be modified. Contact customer services before
carrying out any repairs to theair compressor. Modifications carried out on theuser’s
own authority can lead to personal injury or damage to theair compressor.

• Do not touch any hot surfaces on theair compressor. Burn hazard.

Care and maintenance

Unplug themains lead before cleaning theproduct.
Clean theproduct using asoft, moist cloth. Only ever use amild detergent, never
use solvents or strong, abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning as these can damage
theair compressor.

Operating instructions

1. Connect anair tool (brush/sprayer) to theair outlet connector (6) on thepressure
regulator (7).

2. Mix thepaint to asuitable viscosity.

3. Plug themains lead of theair compressor into awall socket and set theswitch (1) to
position 1 to switch theair compressor on. Thecompressor will start to compress
air straight away and continue to build up thepressure until it reaches 4 bar.
Thecompressor will start compressing theair again if thepressure drops to 3 bar.

4. Drain any water out of thewater trap (8) by pushing up thewater release valve at
thebottom of thewater trap.

5. Always practice spray on atest object before spraying thesubject to be painted.

- Practice on asimilar surface first, set theair pressure
using thepressure regulator and plan your technique
before beginning work on thesubject to be painted.

- To set theair pressure: lift theupper knob (4) on
thepressure regulator (7), turn it clockwise to increase,
or anticlockwise to decrease theoutput pressure.
Pushtheupper knob down to lock thesetting.

• Förvara kompressorn på ett säkert ställe. När kompressorn inte används,
förvara den i ett torrt utrymme utom räckhåll för barn.

• Håll arbetsutrymmet rent. Belamrade ytor och bord inbjuder till olyckor.

• Håll kompressorn utom räckhåll för barn. Alla barn och besökare bör befinna sig
på säkerhetsavstånd från elektriska maskiner/verktyg eller elkablar i arbetsutrymmet.

• Misshandla inte nätsladden. Bär aldrig kompressorn i nätsladden. Ryck inte
isladden, utan dra i stickproppen när du bryter strömmen. Se till att nätsladden
inte kommer i kontakt med värme, olja eller vassa kanter.

• Använd rätt skarvsladdar. Om du använder skarvsladdar utomhus, använd
endast sådana som är avsedda för utomhusbruk. Använd skarvsladdar med
tillräcklig ledararea och rulla ut hela sladden.

• Använd sunt förnuft och var försiktig. Tänk efter innan du utför ett
arbetsmoment, så att du kan utföra det på ett säkert sätt. Använd inte
kompressorn när du är trött, påverkad av mediciner, etc.

• Använd kompressorn till det den är ämnad för. Följ alla instruktioner i denna

använda den.

• Kontrollera regelbundet att alla skruvar är åtdragna.

• Se till att spänningen i vägguttaget stämmer överens med märkningen på
kompressorn. Motorn kan bli överhettad om spänningen i vägguttaget är för hög.

• Använd inte kompressorn om den är skadad. Om kompressorn avger onormalt
ljud eller starka vibrationer under drift eller ger annat tecken på skada ska du
stänga av den omedelbart. Kontakta kundtjänst för att ta reda på vad det är för fel.

• Använd endast rekommenderade reservdelar. Användning av andra reservdelar

• Kompressorn får ej modifieras. Kontakta kundtjänst innan du utför reparationer
på kompressorn. Modifieringar på eget bevåg kan orsaka personskador eller
skador på kompressorn.

• Rör ej de varma delarna på kompressorn. Risk för brännskada.

Skötsel och underhåll

Dra ur stickproppen före rengöring.
Torka av kompressorn med en lätt fuktad, mjuk trasa. Använd ett milt rengöringsmedel,
aldrig lösningsmedel eller starka, slipande rengöringsmedel, det kan skada kompressorn.
