Xpression Linear
Introduction
Xpression Linear from IMI Cornelius is a Single Product Tower – Supplied with or without
illuminated chrome round branding pod, and 82mm round branding plaque (no tap).
Includes blade front panel, available with chrome plated or gold finish, and condensation
option (chrome plated version only).
Product Installation
Product must pass through a remote unit using a standard long product coil (10m) and
product line within the python loom, or by flash cooler as long as the dispense desired spec
can be achieved (Subject to Customer / Product Spec). The product line is available in
either 5/16” or 3/16”. For a non-condensating font two 3/8”cooled recirc lines are provided.
The unit is to be clamped to the bar top using the two clamp screws – hand tight.
These are NOT to be torquedany greater than 6Nm.
Condensating Feature Installation
For condensating versions only the 3/8” inlet and outlet pipes are connected to a chilled
water or glycol ring main or dedicated water cooler.
Electrical Installation
The unit comes with a 1.5metre length of cable and must be installed intact to the lighting
transformer. This connection provides power to both the branding pod and the remote jack
plug for illuminated handle branding.
Cleaning
Line cleaning shall be conducted on a regular basis not exceeding 7 days. Where
product is installed on existing product lines, it is essential to ensure existing linesare
sanitised after to the installation of font and prior to product connection.
