QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL
Only trained and certified electrical, plumbing and refrigeration technicians should service this unit. ALL WIRING AND PLUMBING MUST CONFORM TO NATIONAL AND LOCAL CODES. FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE.
IF THE SUPPLY CORD IS DAMAGED, IT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE MANUFACTURER, ITS SERVICE AGENT OR SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSONS IN ORDER TO AVOID A HAZARD.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This unit has been specifically designed to provide protection against personal injury. To ensure continued protection, observe the following:
Disconnect power to the unit before servicing following all lock out/tag out procedures established by the user. Verify all of the power is off to the unit before any work is performed.
Failure to disconnect the power could result in serious injury, death or equipment damage.
Always be sure to keep area around the unit clean and free of clutter. Failure to keep this area clean may result in injury or equipment damage.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE
Before shipping, storing, or relocating the unit, the unit must be sanitized and all sanitizing solution must be drained from the system. A freezing ambient environment will cause residual sanitizing solution or water remaining inside the unit to freeze resulting in damage to internal components.
MOUNTING IN OR ON A COUNTER
When installing the unit in or on a counter top, the counter must be able to support a weight in excess of 400 lbs. (182 kg.) to insure adequate support for the unit.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury, death or damage to the equipment.
NOISE LEVEL
This unit emits acoustical noise with an A-weighted sound pressure level no greater than 75dB, as measured in
accordance with ED 60335-2-75.
FIRE HAZARD WARNING
50Hz unit contains a flammable refrigerant. Keep all flammable materials away from the compressor area. Always be sure to keep the area around the unit clean and free of clutter. Failure to keep this area clean may result in a fire hazard, injury or equipment damage.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE ICE MAKER FROM PACKAGING
1. Keep the unit in the upright position, first remove the top panel (No:1) of the wooden package by un-stapling/ un-screwing.
2. Remove the staples/screws from the right panel (No:2) of the package to remove the right side panel.
3. Remove the staples/screws from the left panel (No:3) of the package to remove the left side panel.
4. Remove the staples/screws from the front panel (No:4) of the package to remove the front panel.
5. Remove the staples/screws from the back panel (No:5) of the package to remove the back panel.
6. Remove the two bolt (No:6) that secures the unit on the pallet (Can be located at the bottom of the pallet). To
-bolt it tilt the unit to its side (either left or right) so that the 3/8” (M10) bolts are easy to access.

NOTE: Make sure that the unit side is not touching the floor.
NOTE: To unbolt a Socket head wrench is needed.
7. Inspect the unit for damage, upon inspection of unit, if any damage is found, file a claim with carrier immedi­ately.
8. Locate Start-up Card either on outs copy to factory, and other copy to Distributor. Postage is prepaid.

CABINET REMOVAL
Disconnect the power before removing the panels.
1. Un-screw the two screws as shown in Figure 4 on either side of the Ice Bin Cover. To remove the ice bin cover hold it up firmly then lift the ice bin cover up slightly and pull back.
2. To Remove the splash panel-
a) Remove the ice chute cover first by removing
e two screws that secure it as shown in Figure 5

b) Un-screw the 3 screws that is shown in Fig-
ure 5A. To remove the splash panel cover hold it up

3. Remove both the screws, as shown in Figure 6, after unscrewing pull out the drip tray.

4. Remove the top cover by pushing it back and lifting it up as shown in the Figure 7.
Alternative : Only to remove the top cover Unscrew the 4 screws and lift it up as shown in Figure 7A.
