Instructions

1. Remove fasteners from hardware package.

2. Position the lift adapter plate on the 550 Heavy

Duty Lift; aligning the two holes on the plate with the two holes on the lift. Secure using (2) 3/8-16 x 0.860. Type “T” HWHSTCS screws.

3. Now position the 550 Lift with adapter plate

against the 6401 Wheel Balancer; aligning the two holes on the plate with the two holes on the balancer. Secure using (2) 3/8-16 x 1-1/2 HHCS screws, (4) 3/8 plain washers and (2) 3/8-16 Nyloc hex lock nuts.
