1. 775/875/1175 Series Balancer - Place the small
spacer on the balancer shaft. Then place the cone
that will be used to center the wheel on the balancer
stubshaft.
2. Place the Light Truck Back Cone Spacer on the
faceplate. The Spacer must be in full contact with
the faceplate, ensuring that the Spacer is completely
seated against the faceplate.
Note: The “spacer” will allow the back-coning of
wheels with center holes up to 5-inches in diameter.
3a. Pressure Cup - Mount the wheel on the balancer. Put the pressure drum followed by the hubnut
on the stubshaft to secure the wheel in place.
Tighten the hubnut securely and balance wheel
according to balancer operating instructions.
Note: The Large Pressure Cup is recommended
when back-coning light truck wheels.
3b. Pin or Fixed Finger Plates - Mount the wheel
on the balancer. Put the pin or fixed finger plate followed by the hubnut on the stubshaft to secure the
wheel in place. Tighten the hubnut securely and balance wheel according to balancer operating instructions.
