from back of monitor (do not disconnect from PCB
boards).
3. Remove monitor from balancer.

assembly) to front of keypad bracket using saved hardware.
2. Assemble new LCD monitor assembly to tilt tower
bracket using new 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch hex head cap screw,
washer and nut supplied in kit. Tighten until LCD monitor assembly is slightly difficult to rotate.
Note: Make sure the three rub buttons are still
installed in tilt tower bracket before attaching LCD monitor assembly.
3. Next, feed monitor video cable, monitor power
cable and ribbon cable up through slot and hole in monitor mounting tube. Be careful not to damage cables.
4. Connect monitor video cable and monitor power
cable to LCD monitor.
5. Connect ribbon cable to touch panel.
6. On an 1800 or 1850 model, remove parts from
front tower cover and reassemble in new front tower
cover (be sure parts are assembled exactly as removed
from old cover). On a 1750 model, use the cover supplied as is with no changes.
7. Assemble front tower cover to monitor tower.
Note: On an 1800 or 1850 model, reattach the two air
hoses to the front tower cover first before assembly to
the monitor tower.
8. Connect to power supply. On an 1800 or 1850
model, connect the air supply.
9. Power up machine. Turn on the LCD monitor and
adjust the LCD screen as required. Check for air leaks
on an 1800 or 1850 model.
