Instructions
1. Turn OFF power at machine.
2. Apply the adhesive-backed Velcro as follows:
a.) Apply two pieces of the Hook Type Velcro to bottom
front and back low point of the printer case between the
foot bumpers.
b.) Apply the strip of Loop Fabric Velcro to the lower
receptacle face of the duplex receptacle inside of the
cabinet.
c.) Apply one piece of the Hook Type Velcro to the
printer adapter on the prong side of the adapter at opposite end.
3. Untie wiring at printer bracket, unplug RJ11 con-
nector on bottom of printer, and remove printer.
4. Remove old adapter at duplex receptacle inside
machine and plug in new adapter. Make sure the Velcro
strips match.
5. Place “Printer to Serial” connector in wiring tray
and plug into serial connector from main PCB, route
RJ11 connector cable through cable hole in back of cabinet to printer. (Tie wiring at back of printer bracket.)
Attach adapter to printer connector to serial connector
in wiring tray. Lay excess cable in bottom of wiring tray
and tie as necessary.
6. Install roll of thermal paper in printer, plug
RJ11 connector into bottom of printer, and place
printer on Velcro at
printer bracket.
Important: Software
will not recognize printer
connected unless paper
is installed and installed correctly. Install as shown
above and close cover.
