Hood Installation Instructions

1. Install nylon bearings in the ends of the hood pivot

tube.

2. Insert hood tube thru the hood pivot bearings.

3. Install flat washer and retainer washer on the end

of the hood bar making certain that the retainer washer is fully seated.

4. Install plastic protector over the end of the hood

tube.

5. Hook hood spring on bottom of cabinet adjacent to the rear chassis leg. Hold hood in upright position and install spring on to the hood cam stud.

Nyliner Bearing

Note: Place the caliper hook on the hood assembly

by removing one of the hex head screws on the right side of the hood and hood bar and replace the hex head screw with the caliper hook attached. The caliper hook can also be attached to the unit by utilizing one of the weight tray hex head screws is the same manner.
