Whenyourmousepointerhoversovertheicon,thestatusinformationof your
wirelessconnectionappears.
New Wireless Connection
To connect to a different wireless network:
1. ClicktheWireless Network
Configurationutilityicon.Alistofavailable wirelessnetworksappears.
2. Selectyournetwork,andthenclickConnect.
If your network does not use wireless security, your computer now conne ctstothewirelessnetwork,andyouaredone.

3. EntertheWi-
FiProtectedAccess(WPA/WPA2)passphraseortheWired EquivalentPrivacy( WEP)key(dependingonyourtypeofsecurity),then clickOK.

keyandConfirm networkkeyfields.If yournetworkusesWi- FiProtectedAccess(WPA/WPA2)wirelesssecurity, enterthepassphraseintheNetwork keyandConfirm networkkeyfields. ClickConnect.
