Ceiling Plate

The Chief LCDCP Ceiling Plate is designed to support Chief RPA and LCDA series mounts.

WARNING:

Ceiling Plate (1) 5/16-18 Set Screws (1)

Allen Wrench (1)

1. Make sure the 1½” pipe nipple is pointing down.

2. Using threaded fasteners through the six 7/16” diameter clearance holes, mount ceiling plate to
appropriate structural ceiling.

3. Thread the 1½” pipe section into the 1½” pipe nipple ceiling plate.

4. Make sure 1½” pipe section is tightly secured into the 1½” pipe nipple.

Improper installation can result in serious personal injury! Make sure that the

ceiling structural members can support a redundant weight factor five times
total weight of the equipment. If the ceiling can not support this weight, reinforce
the ceiling before installing the hanger assembly
