The Freedom Stick Pack Quick Reference Guide (QRG) has basic product information such as mounting, menu options, and DMX values. Download the User Manual from www.chauvetlighting.com for more details.

These Safety Notes include important information about product mounting, use, and maintenance.
·This product is not intended for permanent installation.
·ONLY connect this product to a grounded and protected circuit.
·DISCONNECT from power before cleaning or replacing the fuse.
·DO NOT look at the light source when the product is on.
·Make sure the power cord is not crimped or damaged.
·Never disconnect this product from power by pulling on the cord.
·When mounting this product overhead, ALWAYS use a safety cable.
·DO NOT allow flammable materials close to the product when it is operating.
·DO NOT touch the product’s housing when it is on because it will be hot.
·DO NOT operate this product if the housing, lenses, or cables appear damaged.
·The voltage of the outlet to which you are connecting this product must be within the range stated on the decal or rear panel of the product.
·This product is for indoor use only! (IP20) To prevent risk of fire or shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
·Always mount this product in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 20 in (50 cm) from adjacent surfaces.
·Be sure that no ventilation slots on the unit’s housing are blocked.
·Never connect this product to a dimmer or rheostat.
·Replace the fuse with the same type and rating.
·ONLY carry this product by the base.
·The maximum ambient temperature is 104 °F (40 °C). Do not operate this product at higher temperatures.
·In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using immediately.
·DO NOT open this product. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
·This product is neither a toy nor a weapon.
·To eliminate unnecessary wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of nonuse completely disconnect the product from power via breaker or by unplugging
it.

Overview
The Freedom Stick Pack includes four Freedom Stick products, an external power supply, and a carrying bag.
The Freedom Stick is a low-profile pillar of light with 16 tri-color LEDs on either side. It is designed for 100% cable free operation with a rechargeable lithium battery and a built in wireless D-Fi tranceiver. With pixel-mapping capabilities, the applications of the Freedom Stick are unlimited for DJs, bands, and all artists alike.

AC Power This product has an auto-ranging external 4-in-1 charger that can work with an input voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. It has 4 outputs of 15 VDC each. The
LED indicator turns red while it is plugged into a power source.
To eliminate wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of non-use completely disconnect from power via breaker or by unplugging it.
Fuse To replace the fuse in the Freedom Stick Pack external 4-in-1 charger:
Replacement 1. Disconnect the product from power.
2.Wedge the tip of a flat-head screwdriver into the slot of the fuse holder.
3.Pry the safety cap out of the housing.
4.Remove the blown fuse from the clip on the front of the safety cap and replace with a fuse of the exact same type and rating.
5.Re-insert the fuse holder and reconnect power.

Indicator
The Freedom Stick comes with a rechargeable lithium battery for cable free operation.
The battery charges whenever the product is plugged into the external charger and the charger is plugged into a power source. If the product is plugged in and not in operation, make sure the On/Off switch is in the Off position. The indicator LED on the Freedom Stick turns red while the battery is charging, then it turns green when the battery is fully charged.
The indicators on the LED Menu Display show how much battery life remains available.
The drawing below provides a key to reading the battery life indicators.

Connection
The Freedom Stick works with a DMX controller. Information about configuring
Freedom Stick for DMX operation is in the User Manual, which is available from the Chauvet website www.chauvetlighting.com/product-manuals-literature. Information about DMX is in the Chauvet DMX Primer, which is available from the Chauvet website http://www.chauvetlighting.com.
The Freedom Stick can be operated in wireless D-Fi mode. For more information about configuring this product to transmit or receive in wireless D-Fi mode, download instructions for the Freedom Stick User Manual from the Chauvet website.
To ensure full access to all channels in each DMX mode, the highest recommended
DMX address is 463.
The Freedom Stick works in Master/Slave mode using wireless D-Fi. Information about configuring the Freedom Stick for Master/Slave operation is in the User Manual, which is available from the Chauvet website.
You can wirelessly sync an unlimited amount of receivers to one transmitter.
To ensure strong signals, the units should be elevated 5 feet or higher off the ground or remain in an unobstructed line of sight of each other.
Freedom Stick sends wireless
DMX signal to Antenna other wireless
products.
IRC-6 (Infrared
Remote Control)
The Freedom Stick can be operated with the CHAUVET IRC-6. For more information about the IRC-6, download instructions for the IRC-6 or the Freedom Stick User Manual from www.chauvetlighting.com/product-manuals-literature.

El Freedom Stick es una columna de luz de perfil bajo con 16 LED tricolor en cada lado. Está diseñado para funcionar 100 % sin cables con una batería de litio recargable y un transceptor D-Fi inalámbrico integrado. Sustitución del fusible
Este producto tiene un cargador 4 en 1 externo con detección automática que puede funcionar con un rango de tensión de entrada de 100 a 240 VCA, 50/60 Hz. Tiene 4 salidas de 15 VCC cada una. El indicador LED se enciende en rojo cuando está conectado a una fuente de alimentación.
Para evitar un desgaste innecesario y alargar su vida útil, desconecte completamente el producto mediante el interruptor o desenchufándolo durante periodos en que no se use.
1.Desconecte el producto de la alimentación.
2.Haga cuña con la punta de un destornillador plano en la ranura del portafusibles.
3.Saque la tapa de seguridad de la carcasa.
4.Quite el fusible fundido de la sujeción en la parte frontal de la tapa de seguridad y sustituya el fusible con otro del mismo tipo y categoría.
5.Vuelva a insertar el portafusibles y conecte de nuevo la alimentación.

El Freedom Stick viene con una batería de litio recargable para un funcionamiento sin cables.
La batería se carga cada vez que el producto se enchufa en el cargador externo y el cargador está enchufado a la alimentación. Si el producto se enchufa y no está funcionando, asegúrese de que el interruptor de encendido/apagado está en posición «Off». El indicador LED en el Freedom Stick se vuelve rojo cuando la batería está cargando, y cambia a verde cuando la batería está completametne cargada.
Los indicadores en la pantalla de menú LED muestran cuánto tiempo de batería queda disponible. El dibujo inferior le da la clave para interpretar los indicadores de vida de la batería.

Se puede sincronizar sin cables un número ilimitado de receptores a un transmisor.
