ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Approximate assembly time is 5-10 minutes
Suggested Tools:
Wrench and/or Ratchet Set
• Remove bottom bolt from each side of handle (below thumb nuts Figure A).
• Loosen thumb nuts on top bolts (Figure B) and ip up handle.
• Replace bolts below thumb nuts and tighten down.
• Tighten all 4 thumb nuts completely.
* Note: If spring detaches from bail assembly, simply re-attach (see Figure C).

GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Be sure gate control is in the closed position (do not hold bail down when lling)
• Determine appropriate setting for material being used by reading the suggested setting on the material’s bag AND/OR by referencing the
application chart on your spreader’s control panel (Charts provided are only guidelines. Be sure to read the instructions on the bag/box of the
material you’re spreading to identify accurate setting needed)
• Set the dial to the desired setting Important Note: Do not adjust dial while holding bail down and gate is open. is will alter the accuracy
of gate settings and cause parts to break.
• To begin spreading, start walking (about 3 mph pace) and pull the bail system down to open gate
• To stop spreading simply let go of the bail and the gate will close
BAFFLE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Adjust bae by hand to block distribution accordingly.

AUGER INSTALLATION
• Screw auger onto impeller sha. Screw
auger retaining nut into auger hole with M6
socket driver. Tighten completely with
wrench to secure.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
• When nished spreading empty hopper of any remaining material
• oroughly wash spreader and allow to dry before storing
• To fold down handle:
- Simply remove the bottom two bolts on the handle
- Loosen two thumb nuts and fold down handle
- Replace two bottom bolts
- Tighten thumb nuts completely

INSTRUCCIONES DE ARMADO
El tiempo aproximado de armado es de 5-10 minutos
Herramientas sugeridas:
Juego de llaves y/o matracas
• Retire el perno inferior de cada lado de la manija (debajo de las tuercas mariposa
triangulares Figure A).
• Aoje las tuercas mariposa de los pernos superiores (Figura B) y levante la manija.
• Vuelva a colocar los pernos debajo de las tuercas mariposa y apriete.
• Apriete completamente las 4 tuercas mariposa.
* Nota: Si el resorte se suelta del conjunto de sujeción, sólo vuélvalo a colocar (Figura C).

INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES DE OPERACIÓN
• Asegúrese de que el control de compuerta esté en posición cerrada (no detenga hacia abajo el conjunto de sujeción durante el llenado).
• Determine la conguración adecuada para el material que se utiliza leyendo la conguración sugerida en la bolsa del material Y/O
consultando la tabla de aplicación en el panel de control del esparcidor (Las tablas provistas son solo lineamientos Asegúrese de leer las
instrucciones en la bolsa/caja del material que está esparciendo para identicar la conguración exacta requerida).
• Fije el control en la conguración deseada Nota importante: No ajuste el control mientras sostiene el conjunto de sujeción hacia
abajo y la compuerta está abierta. Esto alterará la precisión de la conguración de la compuerta y hará que se rompan partes.
• Para comenzar a esparcir, empiece a caminar (a un paso de 4.5 km/h) y jale hacia abajo el sistema de sujeción para abrir la compuerta
• Para dejar de esparcir, simplemente suelte el sujetador y la compuerta se cerrará
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN DEL DEFLECTOR
• Ajuste el deector con la mano para bloquear la distribución adecuadamente.

INSTALACIÓN DE TORNILLO SIN FIN
• Atornille el barreno en el árbol del impulsor.
Atornille la tuerca sujetadora del barreno en el
agujero del barreno con el dado M6. Apretar
completamente con llave de tuercas para sujetar.
ALMACENAJE Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Cuando termine de esparcir, quite cualquier material restante de la tolva
• Lave el esparcidor por completo y déjelo secar antes de guardarlo
• Para bajar la manija:
- Solo retire los dos pernos inferiores de la manija
- Aoje las dos tuercas mariposa y doble la manija hacia abajo
- Vuelva a colocar los dos pernos inferiores
- Apriete completamente las tuercas mariposa

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Le temps de montage approximatif est de 5 à 10 minutes
Outils recommandés :
Jeu de clés et/ou de cliquets
• Retirez le boulon du bas de chaque côté de la poignée (sous les écrous à tête de la gure A).
• Desserrez les écrous à tête au haut des boulons (gure B) et retournez la poignée.
• Replacez les boulons sous les écrous à tête et serrez.
• Serrez complètement les 4 écrous.
* Note: Si le ressort se détache du bloc de l’étrier, rattachez-le (Figure C).

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION GÉNÉRALES
• Veillez à ce que la commande par gâchette soit sur la position fermée (ne maintenez pas l’étrier abaissé lors du remplissage)
• Déterminez le réglage approprié au matériau utilisé en lisant le réglage recommandé sur le sac du matériau ET/OU en vous
référant au tableau d’application sur le panneau de commande de votre épandeuse (Les tableaux fournis sont uniquement
des directives. Veuillez lire les instructions sur le sac/boîte du matériau que vous répandez an d’identier le réglage approprié requis)
• Réglez le cadran au réglage voulu Note importante : N’ajustez pas le cadran en maintenant l’étrier abaissé et lorsque la
gâchette est ouverte. Ceci altérera la précision des réglages de la gâchette et endommagera les pièces.
• Pour commencer l’épandage, commencez à marcher (à une cadence d’environ 3 mph) et tirez le système d’étrier vers le bas pour ouvrir la gâchette
• Pour arrêter l’épandage relâchez l’étrier et la gâchette se fermera
INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION DU DÉFLECTEUR
• Régler le déecteur manuellement pour bloquer la répartition en conséquence.

INSTALLATION DE LA VIS D’ALIMENTATION
• Vissez la vis d’alimentation à l’arbre de
la roue. Vissez l’écrou de blocage de la vis
d’alimentation dans son orice à l’aide d’un
tourne-écrou M6. Serrez fermement avec une
clé pour bien xer en place.
STOCKAGE ET MAINTENANCE
• Une fois l’épandage terminé, videz le matériau restant contenu dans la trémie
• Lavez soigneusement l’épandeuse et laissez-la sécher avant le stockage
• Pour replier la poignée :
- Il vous sut de retirer les deux boulons du bas de la poignée
- Desserrer les deux écrous à tête et replier la poignée
- Remettre en place les deux boulons du bas
- Serrer complètement les écrous à tête
