Product Applications

Using your vehicles own low pressure exhaust to inflate the exhaust jack, this product is capable of lifting your vehicle out of ruts or holes, as well as to lift the vehicle up high enough to change a wheel or install snow chains. Great for use if you are stuck in sand, mud, snow or soft ground.

Product Tips

Comes with a complete kit including a pair of work gloves to keep your hands clean and protected, a puncture repair kit in case the bag is pierced, laminated operating instructions and a handy carry bag in which to store everything, ready for use.

Safety Precautions

1. Never allow any part of your body to be under the vehicle when it is supported only by the exhaust jack.
2. Be aware that a vehicles exhaust fumes are toxic if inhaled in large quantities. Therefore, do not use the exhaust jack in a confined space, and always turn the engine off when not inflating the jack.
3. Always chock both front and rear wheels opposite to the side under which the jack is being used, and also apply the handbrake.
4. When placing the exhaust jack under the vehicle, ensure the bag is away from hot or sharp underbody parts and clear from any sharp sticks in the ground.
5. It is essential to use the protective mats provided to help prevent puncturing the bag.
6. Do not over-inflate the bag. 90% capacity is ample.
Warning: Do not EVER allow your body to be under a vehicle when it is supported only by the exhaust jack.

Fitting & Care Instructions

1. Securely chock wheels on side of vehicle opposite to that being lifted.
2. Select a strong underbody location free of sharp objects and clear of hot exhaust pipes and mufflers. NOTE: By moving the position of the bag, one side of the vehicle can be lifted. Place exhaust jack under vehicle at the selected location, with one flat surface on the ground and the other ready to support the vehicle. Use the protective mats on top and bottom.
3. Assemble the hose and lay it out flat to remove any kinks.
4. Start engine and while idling, press the black cone firmly over the end of the exhaust pipe. Partially inflate the bag, then check that the bag is positioned squarely on the vehicles underbody.
5. Inflate the bag until the wheel is clear of the ground. NOTE: If the bag does not inflate, check your exhaust system for leaks.
6. To deflate, turn the handle anti-clockwise and remove from connection.
Clean and repack into the container supplied.
