Cable Electronics, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of
one year from the purchase by the original purchaser. If this product is
defective or malfunctions, Cable Electronics will replace or repair this unit
(at their option) within a reasonable time. No expressed or implied warranty
is made for any defects caused by immersion or exposure to liquids, abuse,
neglect, improper operation of unit, excess wear and tear and defects
resulting from unauthorized disassembly and or modification.

Do not install or place this unit in a bookcase, built-in cabinet or in
any other confined space. Always ensure that the unit is well
ventilated.

Do not install this unit near any heat source, including electronic
equipment that produce heat.

Unplug this device during lightning storms or when be unused for
long period of Time.

Clean this device with a dry cloth only.

Do not expose this device to any liquid, moisture, dripping or
splashing. This device is not a vase. Do not put anything on top of
this device.

Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched,
particularly at plugs.

Use only specified cables.

Refer all services to the unit to CE Labs.

The HSC11 scaler will work with several input resolutions, but the frame
rate has to be accurate. Many modern devices simply round up to 60Hz.

As designed originally, video will run at a frame rate of 59.94Hz. If the

frame rate is not correct, the result will be a grayscale output.
