• The MiniGel is similar to slush machines but has a stronger freezing compressor that chills at or below 20°F which

creates a product similar to soft serve.

• Freezing cycle of 45 - 60 minutes.

• Standby mode is available for overnight storage of blends (recommend cleaning & sanitizing every two days).

• Perfect for a number of business types including coffee shops, casual & high-end restaurants, quick service restaurants,

bars, gelato shops, frozen yogurt shops, convenience stores, bakeries and more.

• Simple, user-friendly interface and compact design.
