• Vacuum Steam Removal System (VSRS) – Ensures the powdered mix remains dry to eliminate clogging, caking

and bridging.

• Removable Moisture & Powder Collection Tray - Catches excess moisture and cappuccino powder before it

reaches the vacuum motor. Keeps the dispenser in top working condition.

• Uniquely Designed Water Tank – Maintains perfect brew temperature at all times.

• Highly Functional Cup Guide - Ensures product is dispensed accurately into cup. Capable of handling 8½" cups.

• Self Cleaning Feature – Rinse system cleans the entire whipper chamber with hot water at the end of each cycle.

All parts requiring regular cleaning can be removed by hand.

• Hot Water Dispense Button - Add a hot water dispense button to sell soup or tea.

• SMARTSENSE Density Sensors - Monitors cappuccino powder level, alerts operator when product hopper needs

to be refilled, shuts off dispense mechanism on empty flavor hopper, and re-engages when hopper is refilled.

• Automatic Portion Control – Allows an operator to dispense Cappuccino into a predetermined size cup.
