FOR QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONS ONLY Before connecting the stove read the electrical
specification label located on the back of unit. Verify that the power supply available matches the information on this label.
Preparing Stove
Before using stove for the first time, heat elements for three to five minutes to burn off protective coating. This also hardens the surface of the solid heating elements.
Cleaning
Solid heating elements are easily cleaned with a damp cloth after each use. Clean dirt and spills with powder cleanser and a non-scratch scrub pad. Wipe off cleanser with a damp cloth. After cleaning, rub a few drops of cooking oil onto the surface of the elements, and then switch on the elements for a few minutes to re-harden.
Stainless steel exterior surfaces can be cleaned with powder cleanser and a non-scratch scrub pad, rubbing with the grain of the stainless steel. Rinse and wipe dry, and then polish with a soft cloth.
