To set the time

When the second hand is at 12 o’clock, pull out the crown to the second click 1. to stop it. Set the hands b y rotating the crown . Move the minut e hand four or fi ve minutes 2. past the setting you want, and then back them up to the setting. Push the crown back in on a time signal to resume timekeeping.3.

To set the day

Avoid setting the day between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
Pull out the crown to the first click.1. Set the day by rotating the crown counterclockwise.2. Push the crown back in to its normal position.3.

Using the Alarm

While the alarm is turned on, the alarm sound s whenever the h our hand becomes aligned with the alarm hand (twice a day).
To set the alarm time
Pull out the crown to the first click.1. Rotate the crown clockwise to mov e the alarm hand to the alarm se tting you 2. want. Push the crown back in to its normal position.3. Pull out the 4. C button. The alarm will sound when the hour hand aligns with the alarm hand.5.
To turn the alarm ON or OFF
ON: Pull the C button out. OFF: Push the C button back in to its normal position.
Note that the a larm of this wat ch is an analog type, which mean s the alarm sounds when the hour hand aligns with the alarm hand. The alarm sounds twice a day if you lea ve it on. If the alarm hand is p ointing at 6, fo r example, the a larm will sound at 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you do not stop the alarm after it sounds, it will stop automatically after 15 seconds. It will sound again two minutes and 45 seconds after it stops. The above cycle will repeat a numb er of times (aft er which it stop s automatically), or until you stop the alarm by pressing the C button in.
To stop the alarm
After the alarm starts sounding, push the C button back in to its normal position to stop it.

Using the Stopwatch

The stopwatch lets you measure elapsed time up to 4 hours, 59 minutes,
59.95 seconds. The illustration shows a time of 2 hours, 20 minutes, 40 seconds. Do not try to perform stopwatch operations while the crown is pulled out either to the first or s econd click. If you try to press a button, you mig ht accidentally cause the crown to rotate and change the current time or day setting.
To measure elapsed time
Press 1. A to start the stopwatch. Press 2. A to stop the stopwatch.
You can resume the measurement operation by pressing A again.
Press 3. B to reset the stopwatch.
To adjust the positions of the stopwatch hands
Press 1. B to reset the st opwatch, and che ck the alignment of the stopwatc h second hand and 1/20 second hand. Pull out the crown to the second click.2. Press 3. A to move the stopwatch second hand. If the stopwatc h 1/20 second ha nd is aligned co rrectly, proceed to step 5. I f 4. the stopwatch 1/20 second hand is also misaligned, press B to move the stopwatch 1/20 second hand. After making th e adjustments yo u want, push the crown back in to its normal 5.

Second,
For a watch with an elapsed time bezel Rotate the elapsed time bezel to align the minute hand. After certain am ount of time ela psed, read the gra duation on the elapsed time bezel which the minute hand points to. The elapsed time is indicated.
Some water resist ant models are equ ipped with a screw lock crown. With such model s, you must unsc rew the crown in the direction noted in the illustration to loosen it before you can pull it out. Do not pull too forcibly on such crowns. Also note that such watches are n ot water resistant while their crowns are loo sened. Be sure to screw the crowns back in as far as they will go after making any setting.
